"Purdy did all that was asked of him without reservation and in good faith. He spent hours dedicated to the process, acceded to every request by the facilitators/moderators and Booker’s every demand," the motion filed by Andrew Baldwin, Mark Kamish and David Hennessy says.

"The special prosecutor treated everyone equally and offered everyone the same opportunities related to prosecution and resolutions. Mr. Booker declined his opportunity."

That should tell everyone what they need to know about Mr. Booker. He's a professional agitator, nothing more. He is not some aggrieved "victim". When he was called on his BS, he backed down because he knew his position was indefensible.
