What to do about a jerk behind the wheel

There is someone with plate VICE32 who is driving like an ass.

Multiple reports of his passing on double yellow in a school zone. Middle finger extended when people call him out. He has been reported to schools and police and he keeps doing it.

Today he passed me in front of Glenns Valley elementary in Indy. Double yellow in an active school zone to turn into his neighborhood. Car in front of me even honked at him as he passed us before turning. He literally had to wait five seconds and just make a normal turn. Unfortuantely I'm in a rental and didn't have my dash cam.

What can be done?

I mean other than ordering 10 yards of dirt to his driveway

Well you said you were in a rental car right? I always say nothing parties like a rental. Should have pulled your belts tight, got up on the wheel & get your bumper on his and hook him into the ditch and kept rolling. That'll learn 'em. What never seen a NASCAR race? I mean you gotta draw a line in the sand here.

Someone did that to a frat when I was at IU in the 90s. Dumped it right out their door that led to the sidewalk

Cheaper and easier would be to wait until we are going to have a lot of rain overnight. Then bust open a half dozen or so bags of concrete on the drive in piles. Let the rain and time take care of the rest.

You can just shovel up the dirt. Not so much piles of hard concrete. LOL

And its only like $5/bag. Just sayin.

I am just going to man up and approach his car at the school tomorrow. I'm asking school police to be there to foster a positive dialogue.

When situations have flared up before he has driven a different car. He also is given a special place to pick up his kid so he doesn't have to wait in the car line. The acknowledged reason is for safety of others.

School said they can't do anything if it doesn't occur on their campus. Which is interesting. They punish kids for off campus behavior routinely.

I watched him back into his garage and know his address. I am anti doxxing though. Looking for ways to solve this diplomatically or legally
