I've already talked myself out of getting one, but thanks. I really like the grip it came with, but it needs texture in a couple of places. Per the response from Carlos, I may order some material from Talon Grips and apply to those areas to see if I can get what I want out of it. I think that's all that I need to keep the grip from moving around in sweaty hands. Still tempted by that Pro slide, but really wanted the stainless Spectre slide to set it off. Decisions, decisions.... ;)
If you were closer I would let you shoot my RXP with the Wilson Grip Module. IMHO you would change your mind.

I'm pretty sure I recall shooting a P365 XL with the Wilson grip module at one of our events. I may still do it, but want to see if I can add texture in a couple of places and if that will do, or if I'll need the grip module. Might order it anyway, guess we'll see... :):

Texture is one aspect, but there are additional ones. I like the WC ergos better than the OEM X-Compact modules as well as the standard OEM compact module.

The standard grip fits my hand like a glove and is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it is also a bit slick in spots that I think grip tape would fix. Would love to verify to see if that meets my needs.

anybody know anything about Standard Manufacturing DP-12 shotty??

Not sure if it was the Standard but a friend of a friend rented one at RangeUSA and said it was a jam-o-matic. YMMV

    Range report from today.

Finished recoil spring testing in the Dan Wesson A2 Commander. It cycled with 27# and down to 20# just fine. 27# and 26# felt a bit harsh, most likely from slide going into battery hard. 24# and 22# felt good, but distance wasn't quite what I wanted (a bit short). Settled on what I had been running and what DW puts in them factory, 20#. About 10' on distance at 2:30. Done. Wasn't shooting for groups, but I'll post em anyways.

Witness .45 was a creampuff to shoot and very accurate. Took me a mag to get the science down. I really like this gun and actually prefer it over the CZ 97. I could leave it alone and be happy. But I can't help myself and will probably do some upgrades and a spring refresh. Again, it's really enjoyable to shoot.
