going on 20 years and just getting started... She's not much into my guns but humors me just the same. In fact she told me at the last 1500 to pick up the new handgun I have been wanting. She is so sweet...

March 25th was out 32nd wedding anniversary. Met on March 25 of '77 and got married on March 25th of '78. Not one fight or argument in 33 years of being each others best buddy. She shoots, too...

Carol and I will have been married for 35 years this July, Lord willing and the creek don't rise. Can't believe it has gone so fast.

First, congrats to everyone one on :ingo: for their years of marriage! And a Special :wwub: Congrats to k12lts, AFA1CY, WhitleyStu, rmcrob, Old Syko, MikeBear, The Keymaster, and Raye7r for your long marriages!
MikeBear, my wife and I also started dating in High School (we did spend some time together before we started to date, but not a lot) and we got married two years later, after we graduated. This October will be 30 years for us, and I would not due anything different!:yesway: Well, maybe I would have asked her out before I did! :D

The guns are merely a defense mechanism. If everyone actually paid attention during the ceremony there was mention of "until death you part". It's always good to cover your 6.:D

Shoot, we were still in high school when we got married and didn't have a kid until 3 1/2 years later. Figure that one out!:dunno:

On May 3 it will be 25 years (with the same woman).

On May 3 it will be 20 years after the gift of a matched set of 45acp target pistols. So we were married for 5 years before I gave her guns, and she hasn't shot me with them in the most recent 20 years!!!

Always thought my defense mechanism was that little voice in the back of my head saying "March 16th March 16th don't forget March 16th. ;)
