We certainly aren't doing anything to stop it up here. Buckingham was a squish, and Garrison's crew has been absolutely inept. I am not sure which is worse. And the judges, especially Hughes, are absolutely NOT interested in punitive sentencing.

Boone county Sheriffs Nielsen and Harris have been aggressive on this for years. Largely due to the I65 corridor and development in Whitestown.

They were well aware of the scum coming from s***cago and what they were bringing.

Boone county is now doing a jail expansion so their is space to keep the feral humans off the streets. I was glad and supported the tax increase to fund it.

Anyone listening.....No doubt Marion County will be Democrat ran from here on out.
Anyone miss Gregg Ballard yet? Hell even Stephen Goldsmith.
I know one thing. As soon as I retire in a few years I'm moving to the sticks...I just hope I'm accepted and welcome. I know I wouldn't want to see California plates move in next door to me. Dont worry though. I will bring my ultra conservative god fearing gun toting self to conformto the surroundings....lol

The problems from pretty much any city in the US with these radical DA's not prosecuting violent criminals are affecting multiple counties throughout any of the States. Add the problems with fentanyl plus meth being traffic through the country and you'll see these problems with the violent criminals heading to different counties. Especially the neighboring counties around the cities. In 2019 I was eating at the Mayberry Cafe in Danville and decided to go see the County Seat build. While there to look around the historical building I ended up hanging out and watching many court cases. A good amount of the people there on trial for things like shoplifting plus many of the people selling drugs in Hendricks country (Avon area or Brownsburg) lived in Indianapolis. At one point the Judge told everyone from Indianapolis, "You are not in Marion County anymore!" We will hold you accountable and prosecute you to here in Hendricks Country for your crimes lol! And he wasn't going light on any of them either.. The judge was also sending everyone who violated their probation to finish out their probation time at the Hendricks Country jail.

Nothing new about this, kids. The only difference is criminals knew they were better off breaking the law in Marion County as far back as the late 60s. We're just more aware of it now.

I worked a gas station job in the "good part" of Gary in the early 70's. Things had already gotten to the point in downtown Gary where the easy pickin's were gone. It was pretty easy for the thugs to travel the 35 blocks south to rob the gas stations in the "good part" of town. A pistol and a bus pass and he was in business.

Once the whole city is robbed blind, criminals have to travel to greener pastures to work their trade. Sometimes they have to travel to a whole different county.
