    I was a paratrooper and flight medic in the 160th special operations aviation regiment ( airborne) and went to Desert Storm. I deployed to Afghanistan with the Guard in 2004-2005. I now work as nurse practitioner taking care of other veterans. I retired from the military in 2011, Currently I am in school taking a integrative medicine fellowship through George Washington University.
