Nope , it's going cost me about a grand to properly finish my 1301 I think. But when it's done it's going be awesome. I don't know why I like the Chisel stock so much but it's definitely cool.
The house actually gets a lot more run off than I expected, that little trench you can see in the background is from the downspout run off. Now that being said all the runoff drains immediately, unfortunately my yard has the drain but it works very well with water not sitting for longer than 15...

So I learned something , all LWRC barrels are HBAR technically due to a weird Massachusetts state law. I would 100% agree they are overgassed, so very happy with A tier. Did not listen to the whole thing just the LWRC part :abused:

My ultimate set up right now is the CS and a C with a Steel frame. I am just waiting for them to actually make the C and in a steel frame. The new grip is that much of an improvement
Correct , the house that was just built 2 plots north of my house sold for 40k above list. Someone could have had it built in 5 months and just pocketed the extra cash but that’s the current market. I am interested to see when the tax assessor comes around to try and jack my value up.
Nice you pick up the K they had or the “standard” I am thinking the “standard” model myself as it’s the most “classic” IMHO, though I know the K is technically more desirable and rare.
