      Solar generators - DIY or manufactured?

      DIY is silly simple for most of it. You can also buy premade components for not much more. Check out Will Prowse Diysolarforum and his YouTube. Guys there have knowledge that makes INGO gun nuts sound like the ATF director.

      Let’s talk gas grills.

      We are on our second Char Broil Infrared. First lasted 10 years. Don’t use 3rd party replacement parts - burned a set out in 1 summer when OEM were not available. Would love a pellet smoker/ stove. Wallet not there yet.

      Yes. If I can prevent problems that is best. The fencer battery is going to be getting a solar charge controller (and panel) to keep that one charged up. Good point

      Need help finding a decent battery charger that works for lead acid batteries for car and lawn mowers I have had a couple (names I forget at the moment) that lasted maybe 18 months. Lost receipt so can’t exchange it. Also interested in a trickle charger for the lawn mower. Does not seem to...
