      New Dan Wesson V-Bob owner looking for information

      Dan Wesson recommends fp10 for cleaner/lube. They recommend cleaning and luring every 50 rounds during the first 500 rounds. I had a few ftf over the first 600 rounds with my duty treat valor but it's been flawless for 1000 rounds now. You picked a good one, mine has become my favorite pistol.

      45ACP, small primers

      So you've pulled the handle on brass with spp and it didn't go boom? I run the sdb also and that is my biggest fear. I check every piece of brass but I'm always a little concerned a small primer brass will slide through. I always assumed it would go bang.

      Desantis superfly. Stays in the pocket and has a completely flat front to avoid printing.

      You're going to sweat more with the alien gear, it's not very breathable. Again though, in that price range it can't be beat. I just like the stealth gear more.

      I have one and it's great. I also have a stealth gear that is a similar design but superior to the alien gear in every way imo. It is double the price though. That being said, I do like the alien gear and would recommend it. The stealth gear is a little more light weight, comfortable and better...

      Sometimes I shoot with a couple friends who do not reload. We leave when they run out of ammo. I usually still have a couple hundred rounds with me. Never fails that they usually say something like: well, that was a quick $80. For that reason they shoot once a month and usually less. I'm good...
