It almost looks like they probably reused footage from ZXGun from last year when SBS's became legal... He never mentions being frustrated or that they are not legal.
I pocket carried a P3AT with a clip for a while. One time it fell out while getting out of my car on the way in to Walmart. Since then it has been in a Desantis pocket holster and the clip has been removed.
I've got both next to me when I sleep. I always figured if I hear a bunch of people I would hunker down in my bedroom with the shotty and if I was stuck and had to move I or couldn't get to my phone I would walk with my pistol.
I really liked my P22 but eventually sold it to fund a .22 conversion for the Glock 19. I really liked the feel of the P22 because it was so small and I have tiny hands lol. I really like the Glock conversion because now I can shoot from the same frame for a fraction of the cost.
It's safe to say we all agree in this instance the officer was probably in the right. The thing we are arguing is the smearing of the 4th amendment of the united states. The judges took it upon themselves to destroy the letter and spirit of the law.
This is my biggest issue with this law:
