This one I can tell you has never been modified or converted. If it was it would have been done at the factory. My father-in-law and his father before him weren't really gun guys. To them it was just a tool for hunting.
If that's really what it is that's cool. This thing is completely unrestored. It's not in bad condition The action still moves nice and smooth but it's not in the best condition either. I wouldn't be afraid to shoot it and it's condition.
I have a Marlin Glenfield 25 silver trigger bolt action...
Yeah I've looked under the bottom of the barrel and there's nothing there. There's a really really small stamping that says JM. Nothing on the stock or fore grip. I haven't tried to pull the bolt to see if there's anything on the inside.
Purdue Fort Wayne is looking to hire a mechanical engineering lab tech for the civil and mechanical engineering department. You can find the ad on the www.pfw.edu website and i believe it is listed on indeed.
Im trying to figure out what model this is. Its a Marlin bolt action 12ga. Its not a Model 55 and no where on the barrell does it list the model number.
My father-in-law left it with us when he passed. Not looking to sell just trying to figure out what it is.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Custom three gauge holder for the top of the dash and a switch panel that bolts in place of the ashtray assembly.
The profile of the blade is different than the one in that picture and it has no markings on the blade itself other than what's in the picture. The Hilt and the handguard looks similar though
So after doing some research and talking with a friend of mine I'm pretty confident it's a French Gras bayonet Model 1874 from WW1...
Found another one a little more local
Any of you guys on here into vintage bayonets? I was recently going through my father-in-law's gun cabinet. He passed away about 3 years ago and this is the first time opening the cabinet since he's been gone and I found a bayonet in there. It almost looks Japanese to me but maybe one of you...
