I noticed that the LoadMaster shell plate for 22 Hornet is available. Have you considered getting one of those and having it machined to fit the .30 Carbine / 32ACP cartridge? Might be an option to check with machine shops or a talented and equipped home machinist type and ask about that...
ru44mag doesn't say what firearm he is loading for so that means the default 'standard' low pressure cartridge like used in the weaker break top pistols of old. In a modern firearm, the default loading can be exceeded, but as always work up slowly and carefully and remember you are out there on...

Ok, update. Got a call back from Norma usa representative. She told me that indeed the shipment was made. The system is supposed to be automated but somehow I didn't get the messages (note to self to check spam filter). Supposedly to be delivered tomorrow, but won't hold my breath on that, just...
Ok, lucky for you who have had success. Doesn't help that I have had no communications other hat the 'We have received your order'. Did they communicate by emails at all? Thanks.
Yes, me also, but I am beginning to wonder if the wheels are falling off of Normausa. I ordered on the 12th, they took my money on the 15th, and 'assumed' that meant shipping was imminent. Nothing, no email responses, and when I called just now the message says they are too busy to answer and...
I think they might be suffering from being suddenly very popular. Perhaps having issues keeping up with the demand.
I too have noticed that an item listed is shown out of stock when I go to put in the shopping cart, and only then sometimes.
I also have a 1918 Enfield and have pondered the 'loose' chamber thing. They have loose chambers because wartime ammo (WW1) had a tendency to not be made to specifications. The workaround was to make the chambers sloppy to work with the potentially 'bad' ammo. Haven't got to it yet, but I've...
If it were me, I'd try the Berry's 150 grain TMJFP intended for the 30-30. They may or may not shoot with acceptable accuracy.
Not sure if Berry's will send you a sample, but even if not, pretty sure someone could send you a few to try. Even myself if you need them.
I'd be interested in how...
I was wondering the other day about how flaming arrows work. Anyone have real world experience on those.
Sorry to the OP in case this idea is not workable for his project.
