Anyone have a source for timing a new barrel to the action? Need to have some lathe work done to turn the barrel shoulder back some to fit and time the receiver.
Thanks
You made a good choice on the Chargemaster lite. I've had mine for 2 years now and have loaded in excess of 4k precision rounds with it. On most spherical powders it is so close it's scary. On extruded good but depends more on the size of the pellets. With spherical powders I get +/- .05gr...
By my recent experience Eley force did shoot the best of 8 different options. Didn't chrono them though so thanks for the info. My trial was in a new Fedderson barreled 10/22.
Tks, just added another one showing the magnet install on the small and extra large case wheels. Counter has a lot of uses!

Others have posted similar but I use a cheap food dehydrator at Walmart. Works awesome and fast!

Setup my Annealeez 2.0 with the small case wheels and annealed my 6.5 Grendel brass. Not sure it really needed it yet but this is so easy I tend to anneal at least after 2 firings if not every time.
Hopefully it's useful to some.

Two new videos
Had more time off work than I want due to the Covid-19 problem so put in a range in the back of the property and made a couple videos.
Hopefully their useful or at least entertaining enough to laugh at :D:):

As if I didn't have enough projects I decided to build a 6.5 Grendel. Went through some trials and fails but I think it's come out well. Let me know what you think. Weather permitting I'll take it to the range this weekend and begin breaking it in.

I think the thought is you want it as low, even, and consistent as possible so the bullet starts down the bore as consistently as possible. Even, consistent release is also the reason for measuring and improving run out to make sure it starts in line with the bore axis (i.e. reason for neck...
Improving
Made a little more progress this weekend. Down to .28. MOA. Changes: Annealed (Annealeez) brass, and first time loads with Nosler Custom Competition 175’s. Just tried a load I had used with the SMK’s. Gotta load more with this combo and see what is just me in this group size!
