I recently had a guy give me an old Winchester 370 single shot that was in rough shape and in pieces. After a few hours stripping it all and reblueing it looks almost like New now, I thin.k the barrel has been cut down. It's a 20" barrel and I think they only came in 28". It says its a full...
I have to mosins...one I did the ATI kit and it was easy...the other day I paid $30 on eBay and sent my other one to Utah and got it welded and it looks good too.
What I am doing is customizing a nagant..I took a 91/30 and cut the barrel to 24" then I took a clamp on m44 flash hider and cut the clamp part off. I then took it to a mill and reamed it out so it slides on the barrel about 3/4" so now I want to kno what someone would recommend to attach...
I just Bought an Anschutz match 64 .22..It came with a Leupold extended eye relief scope on it which made no sense because you had to have your face behind the stock to see through it. I sold that on Ebay for $195 and am bidding on a 2-8x nikon monarch for it. Anyway this gun is in rough...
I shot one on an Ak and it was pretty cool.. I think if you have a forward pistol grip it would be much easier to control. I was going to get one after I shot my buddies, but $350 is pretty pricey so I think I'll wait till all the hype is gone and they are about $200.
I am wanting to get my first suppressor so I thought I would start with something small. I have a walther p22 already so which suppressor would you recommend for the money?
My buddy took a doe at 150 yards with his this season, but he didnt get a very good shot on it. He said it dropped it then it got up and was limpin away and while he was tracking it he got stopped by a DNR who saw him carrying an AR-15 and had some questions for him. After his gun checked out...
I received that slot mount. Now to remove the gas block it has two allen bolts on the bottom, is there anything else I need to know to remove it? Its a doublestar upper if that means anything about how its mounted.
I bought the adam arms conversion and built a nice carbine for around $800 and I love it. Its adjustable too if you ever decide to suppress or go full auto. The kit was $270 shipped.
Yeah it seems like such a stupid law. I think i'll just look at getting a suppressor for my p22 instead. I already have two AR's so I dont really need a 3rd. It would be cool though, but so is a grand in my bank account instead.
You can pick them up at dunhams for under $100 bucks alot of times too. They also sell an ATI stock for around $70, if you choose to make it look like a modern rifle.
