      According to my House Rep., SB181 died in the House Public Policy Committee. So I guess that now means every time you go to another County, Municipality, that considers your assisted open knife a switch blade, you are braking the law....

      It's getting down to crunch time for our legislators for thumbs up or down for SB 181. Monday 4/25/13 Last day for 3rd reading of Senate bills in House. Monday 4/29/13 Last day for adjournment of both houses.... If there is no action on our part, then it is our own inactions that this bill...

      Hmmmmmm, It would seem to me that if you just cover it up its OK. But should you bend over and the handgun imprints on your clothing and someone sees it, a highly motivated BPD officer at the meeting will still escort you ou the door.
