Mine won't chamber Tula either, or the stuff they sell at Kodiak. Blazer steel cased works just fine. Not sure why. Federal's American eagle an Hornady z max also run flawlessly.

Noticed that on my 238, just assumed it was to reduce friction, but after a while I noticed a wear line on the rest of the surface. Never really thought about it.
