      Hot Housing Market

      Still super hot hot market all around the city. (Indy). It’s tempting to move but we just installed a big patio and outdoor fireplace - hope it stays hot for while.

      Just finished “Hunters” on Amazon prime. Got to say I finished it out hoping that it would be better than it ended. The first few episodes were interesting and kept my attention but then it spiraled out of believability. I would say you can skip this one.

      Septic Tanks-Just a reminder

      Thanks for the education on this thread. I’ve never had a septic system but we are now looking to get a place and several that we’ve looked at are on septic.

      What are some survival/first aid/ emergency gear I should know about?

      Right now just suggestions on what I should have in the car for driving around on a normal day looking for a get home bag and like basic first aid. I also have to consider young kids and getting my family together if we’re not already together. I have basic first aid training

      Great post here and a good example of why it’s important to list out who gets what in the event of your passing. Get a living will. It’s worth it.
