Attorney recommendations for LTC appeal meeting.

I do not. When they wrote the "propensity" clause, they worded it so that the "interpreters" can really run you through the ringer if you're not willing to pursue it.

Attorney recommendations for LTC appeal meeting.

UPDATE!! I did indeed retain Guy Relford. Tried to get a letter from my physician but she wouldn't because of an article she read about liability. Then had to hire someone to give a test that pretty much did a full phych evaluation through a test. Hour and a half for $400. I passed with flying...

You speak the truth. I sincerely understand the logic behind this statute but with the current "propensity" guidelines they're using it's a case of you're GUILTY until you can prove otherwise. Dr.'s won't sign the letter the ISP wants for fear of repercussions in the event an individual has an...

Attorney recommendations for LTC appeal meeting.

I went to renew my LTC permit and because I had recently been to a shrink it has become my worst nightmare. I went to the Dr. to discuss some sleeping problems I was having and she diagnosed me with anxiety/depression. I did what I thought was the right thing and answered honestly on my renewal...

      Indiana Code 35-47-2 question.

Thank you Cameramonkey. I like nikon myself!:) At this point I would also like to ask, In an SUV, if my unloaded gun is in my glove compartment, am I to assume my ammo is ok in the back behind the seats? And can that ammo be in a magazine?

Sorry, not sure why those frown faces added themselves.??

      Indiana Code 35-47-2 question.

I'm not completely understanding the interpretation of this code and I was pretty sure someone here could clarify for me. In one instant this code says I can carry in property I own. I own my vehicle BUT in the bottom it also specifies that carry within that vehicle I own must be, (A) unloaded...

      New member seeking advice,please!

Thank you for the add. After trying to figure out an issue on my own,I figured I'd turn to those who might help me think this through. I went to renew my Indiana carry permit and was stupid enough to be honest about the "psych" question. I recently had sleep issues and after a sleep study my...
