      I was told by the clerk in my local sheriffs department ( Madison county). That I wasn’t legal to carry until I receive my permit in the mail.

      Applied online 1/31/2020 fingerprinted 2/8/2020 local sheriffs paid 2/14/2020 status changed to approved And says issued 2/14/2020. when checked online approximately 1hr after leaving the SD. hopefully the mail man brings me a nice gift in the next few days squeaky clean record.
