      I don't understand mag dumps

Yes, your authority fallacy. Rather than relying on demonstrable facts, you leaned on your role as a trainer and student. It means nothing. What's your typical bill drill time?

Yes, I saw the authority fallacy. I disagree because it's a demonstrable skill. Would you like to compare Bill drills? Where do you shoot matches?

We can disagree, but you're demonstrably wrong, and likely missing a very important component in your shooting.

That's false. Training longer strings negates that inconsistency. That's the point. You're not doing a 2.0-2.5 second bill drill if the gun gets away from you on longer strings. It's a good skill to have, especially for competition shooting, but it certainly has self defense application.

      Atlanta Conservation Club?

I shoot USPSA there. It's a fantastic range. Yes, you'd be able to do the move and shoot practice you're looking for.

Longer strings of fire highlight deficiencies in your recoil control that 2-3 shots might not. Legit AD on a Holstered SIG 320 on video

I didn't read every comment. Did anyone point out this was a ND caused by the cop. Not holstering the gun properly? It was no fault of the gun.

      Rise of the optics.

In a match this past Sunday, for the first time, I was the only shooter on my squad using the little bumps on my gun to aim.

      Current State of Shooting Sports

Lowering the round count for matches seems to help participation, but that puts more stress on match directors to invent interesting, challenging stages that require less ammo. I don't envy them.

      SiCo Maxim 9

I rented the one at VRA as well. I was excited about this pistol beforehand, and planned to buy one. While it functioned well, it wasn't very quit and easily had the worst trigger I've ever pulled. I won't be getting one until there are some improvements.
