I wish I could help you decide, venenoindy. I have a freedom wolf frame, but no upper yet. I'll probably watch for a Dagger slide to go on sale. I do like the feel of the freedom wolf . And I like that Ranier slide, just a lot of cabbage for me. -

My tranzx is a non wired mechanical dropper. It has a lever under the seat so you obviously have to plan waaaay ahead before you take a hand off the bars. So far it works as I'd hoped.
