So you want to reload but you don’t know where to begin (??)

I am very impressed how you articulated all the information. You have literally saved me hours of research and comparison. In addition, the information you have listed for reloading supplies is invaluable. There is such a wealth of information and experience on this sight a guy could spend hours...

Woman and daughters lose lives due to slow LE response

After this story aired last evening, they had an expert in hostage negotiation give his advice on what we should do if we should ever find ourselves in this situation. I was amazed when he said we should treat the invaders like royalty, and should never try to escape...give me a break! How many...

      Dillon questions

I just received my Dillon RL550B about 3 weeks ago. I didn't purchase the strong mount. I decided to build a dedicated bench just for reloading and mounted in directly to it. I screwed the bench to the wall which has made a very sturdy platform. Anyway, I have initially started reloading 223...

Need help finding a new carry gun.

I personally carry the Glock 19, but I also really like the Beretta 92FS. It has some unique safety features that make it worth considering...in my opinion!

Problem with Colt M4 OPS 22LR

I contacted UMAREX USA in Arizona. They handle the warranty repair for this particular model and they said to just send it back. I just happend to mention to the guy that if it should return as a S&W M&P 15-22 that would be just fine...I don't think he appreciated my brand of humor.

Problem with Colt M4 OPS 22LR

I like your suggestion by far the best! If I had known when I purchased this gun that it would present such problems I would have opted for the Smith & Wesson. If I can't get it fixed I think it will be the next target instead of the gun.

Problem with Colt M4 OPS 22LR

Thanks for your suggestions. I think sending it back for warranty repair would be the best solution.

Problem with Colt M4 OPS 22LR

I just made a purchase of a Colt M4 22LR. I thought it would be a lot of fun plinking with this gun, but it has proved to be just the opposite. Right out of the box shooting Winchester rounds it jammed nearly every other round. I switched to Remington and then Federal, but the problem persisted...

      A pleasant reloading surprise

Thanks for the rep! My wife is as much involved with shooting and guns as I am. So there wasn't a whole lot of arm twisting involved.

      A pleasant reloading surprise

I certainly didn't expect to create so much controversy regarding my purchase and the discount I received. It wasn't my intention to appear as though I was bragging. I just believe that one good deed deserves another. I realize that I may have paid a little more for the items that I purchased...

      A pleasant reloading surprise

I called Plainfield Shooting Supplies today and got prices for reloading components for 9mm Luger. This was the first time I had done business with this particular outlet. I spoke to Bob and read off my list and he assured me he had everything in stock. Since I was at work at the time I sent my...

      Greetings

My name is Louis and I was introduced to this site by my son better known as lovemachine46147. I was amazed by the amount of knowledge that he has acquired as a result of being a member of this site, so I decided to join and make some acquaintances of my own. I am relatively new to gun ownership...
