Is my target safe to shoot?

Ok, I guess I am really dense, can someone explain how the harder steel is safer to shoot at? In my mind, a ricochet is more likely to happen shooting at a harder surface? Thanks in advance :)

Can a LEO require you to show them your gun?

Best Answer ^ I would be very unwilling to pull out my firearm during a traffic stop... Also why does everyone keep saying that LEO can ask to see your LTCH, you are not required to carry the paper with you.

Walgreen Sued over Violating "Guns in the Workplace" Statutes

It is my understanding that Indiana is an "at will" state, meaning they can terminate anyone at any time for any reason barring a "protected status" such as race, religion, age, etc... While carrying a firearm is a right, I do not think it qualifies as a "protected status". It will be...

      -1 for Staples

I don't understand why this would be a thing. There is no need to have the pink paper on your person, and having a pink paper doesn't mean you have a LTCH. It could belong to someone else or be revoked or just plain forged. An officer should never rely on a piece of paper to prove or disprove...

Man Held by Police for LEGALLY Carrying Handgun

It is also illegal to drive without a license, but I do not believe police have the legal right to stop you for the sole purpose of verifying your drivers license? Am I wrong?

Unreasonable to ask for signed bill of sale on private gun sale?

Your talking legally. I am talking morally. Although that brings us back to the piece of paper... If i truely felt like you were a risk I wouldnt make the sale anyhow, paper make me feel better ;)

Unreasonable to ask for signed bill of sale on private gun sale?

I too believe it is my RIGHT to own a firearm that cannot be traced!!! However if you think think that it is your right that I trust you will be responsible with the firearm I sold you... hahahahah. I want a BoS, period. This in no way has anything to do with me giving up any of my rights ;)
