Mosin madness
I was wondering if anyone has ever shot the 91/30 in the wood stock with out the upper handguard and barrel rings. I have been thinking about getting another stock and cuting off the thinner end, but I'm worried that it would pull the screws threw with out the bands to hold the barrel in. Thanks -

Finally finished my Draco RIFLE!
As I understnd it, the Draco does not fall under the 922 thingy but a rifle does. Does that mean to do the convert you have to limit the number of import parts on the gun? -

Remington 597 VTR
My 597 runs good but every rem brand mag I had sucked. I got three by shooters ridge and with a little sanding on the inside of the feed lips they run great one round short of full. -

Lookin at the 91/30
The hex receivers are believed to be stronger, but I dont know. I dont know if thats true or not. Never heard of any blowing up or breaking. I dont think the recoil is that bad compared to a shotgun or 308. If you think that you will ever ant one in the future get one now, the prices keep going... -
