      I have the lifetime permit. What a great thing. We are lucky in Indiana, as many other States are very restrictive.

      Follow the car, while calling the police. I would stay with the car until police pulled it over to verify the situation. I would not want to hear about a bad ending in the news, and know that I did nothing about it. I also have a daughter, and I would be ever grateful to someone watching out for...

      I just figure since the Indiana permit just says, "License To Carry Handgun" at the top, and it further says, "The Licensee is hereby licensed by the Indiana State Police to carry on their person or in a vehicle, any handgun lawfully possessed by licensee.", I could do so concealed or not...
