      Anyone See a New Marlin/Ruger 1895 (.45-70) in the Wild?

      I've owned one for two years. Love it. Took a white tail last year with 325 gr hornady using the peep sights. I've upgraded to a burris 1 to 4.

      Converting 2nd Gen Glock 23 to 9mm

      I've been running a g3 23 with two different lone wolf barrels for two years now. Just swap barrel and mag. I haven't had any issues and haven't noticed any accuracy issues. Took it through a personal protection outside the home course and it ran better than I can.

      New purchases and testing

      I didn't test, but then I moved to it from the p238. The 938 is a great little gun. It carries extremely well, and as stated above the weight of it lends to comfortable shooting. Make sure you are ok with the manual of arms though. I have not spent much time with 1911s so flipping off the safety...

      @Quinsee I have been running a g23 with a wolf 9mm conversion for 2 years and through one class. I have had zero issues.
