NY you can't stop/stay in... If you're driving through, and not stopping/staying anywhere beyond getting gas, you should be good with ammo separate & locked from firearm. Unsure about their latest magazine laws.- RobbyMaQ

Reloading / work bench?
Sturdy is best for sure... 2x4 homebrew can do the job if it's sturdy (anchored to wall, etc). It really doesn't have to look all that great, and seating high (I'm 6'2, 5'9" with the slouch) can be difficult on store bought stuff if you are particular, so home made can be customized to you on...- RobbyMaQ

I purchased a cz through gun genie and had it shipped there. I went to pick it up during election tuesday and NICS was down. The woman I spoke with allowed me to use the desktop to fill out the 4473 and said it'd go through as soon as NICS was back up which could be 2 minutes or 2 days... Said...- RobbyMaQ

THE CZickness XLVIII....."The Holidays are Coming" edition...
Hell yeah it is. A little hard getting used to the slide being 'inset' with my long skinny fingers compared to the slides on my striker-fired M&P, etc handguns, but wow... so heavy and the trigger is so smooth and breaks so crisp. 3 mags help too -

It is... well, 1400 + change thru gun genie... Tough to swallow, but I do not own any SA/DA steel guns and I felt it worthwhile having not purchased a handgun in at least 4 years :D -
