      no thanks. I do tactical trainings and we are pretty rough on our weapons. 1911/2011 are great for competition only and I would seriously buy one If I didn't need a dual purpose weapon

      some good advice in here! I'm just getting started in competition shooting and have been spending time working on my draw. i bought a timer and i have a consistent 2 second draw. is that about what the good shooters have? i took a class at Tactical response and they said that anything less...
