That'll be guaranteed to freak out the trooper who stops you for speeding. I'd be inclined to keep my hands high and mention this one up front.

A few sarcastic comments posted so far, my favorite being from the guy who suggested that they add "I Fought the Law and the Law Won" to their set list. I feel like asking if they're suddenly in need of a new...
Well, he was outnumbered 3 to 1. Who knows where his weapon was. It was probably borderline suicidal to engage them (he was ultimately shot several times) so as long as he thought they'd take the $$ and run that was probably the best course. Only when they demonstrated intent to rape the grand...
Well, of course it's easy for us to critique since we knew the whole story, and we weren't there. But yeah, in general I'd like to think that running outside with a gun is probably not the prudent course. No harm, no foul in this case.
LOL. Is this a satirical response to some other post I missed?
If not, the only thing you did wrong was not shouting "Die MF'ers!!" as you raced out into the gunfire.
Finally, after months of actively looking I saw a dude open carrying this morning. Around 10:30 AM at the Verizon store on Illinois Road in Fort Wayne. Some sort of semi automatic but I didn't recognize the make.
No one was paying any attention to him. I probably looked him over more than anyone.
The ludicrousness of the original disagreement aside, it certainly appears as if the guy was flashing the license around as some sort of attempt to intimidate. I see no other reason for it.
I don't know if the NRA issued that statement for political purposes, or because it's what they actually believe, but they're right. I'm sure it goes against INGO thought but this nonsense of carrying long guns into chain restaurants is moronic and has backfired everywhere it has been tried...
Yeah, count my wife as a new LTCH holder this year. But she doesn't carry, which is probably wise. She likes to go to the range with me but she's certainly not proficient enough overall to carry at this point. Like others, she got the LTCH to avoid any worries about accidentally running afoul of...
My wife is unaware that guns need to be cleaned (despite seeing me do it) in much the same way that I'm unaware that the floors/carpets need to be mopped/vacuumed (despite seeing her do it).
