      Knockdown power of NATO 7.62x51, .44 mag., and foot

      OMG. That is insane. I'm all about the scientific method but shooting yourself or having someone shoot you to prove a point = crazy. Very informative though. Thanx for the post.

      .45ACP?

      I don't think I saw anybody mention this but I have been enjoying a Stoeger 8045F. Ya it's made in Turkey but it's made by a Beretta company and they look awesome. Basically a 45 ACP Beretta that's in the mid $400s. All I have to do now is figure out a way to carry it.

      Crosley today, not so good

      I grew up shooting at Crosley. And I was impressed that they actually built a short range. I absolutely cannot stand how people treat that place. I also cannot stand shooting there when it's busy. I cannot keep one eye on what I'm doing and one on what is going on behind me. I havnt tried...

      Wow what an interesting happening. Having grown up in southern Indiana I can't help but feel I would have probably done the same. Granted I'm a little more used to big cities now and I can't help but give another +1 for the feeling of getting carjacked and that good ole boy might have looking...
