      The front sight looks workhorse S&W. Even the new KC has better sights, not to mention top shelf Smith revolvers. If it isnÂ’t photoshop it sure isnÂ’t a $1400 gun.

      Glock 19X Sight Fix

      The factory setup requires "combat" aim. It is fine for steel and silhouette but not so much for paper bullseye. To be able to aim lower and see the hits, use a taller Glock rear sight (+1 or +2) or an adjustable rear sight (comes standard with the long slide models)

      If your Glocko consistently shoots to the left from a solid rest, it is easy to fix. Many Glocks do. Drift the rear sight to the right. As a matter of fact you may need to do it with the new sights as well. If you only shot it off hand or from a wrist support, rule out shooter's error first...

      Powder residue is not known to be particularly toxic on brief contact. Elemental lead is definitely not, but lead salts and oxides can be. I think lead solvents do warrant extra precautions. I hardly ever shoot lead anyway.

      An alternative to wearing gloves is using non-toxic cleaners. Such as the M-Pro 7 or SLIP2000 products.
