Probably stay in the 200 and under area, I have BUIS ordered with it. Eye sight is not what it used to be, sucks closing in on 60. I would like to stay under $400 if I can, maybe if possible a range finder also.
Looking for a good gunsmith to do a trigger job on my wife's .38 Smith wheel gun, the trigger pull is a little heavy for her. Prefer to stay in the southern part of the state if possible.
I just ordered a new 300 blk upper from Model 1, need optics suggestions. What lower should I mate to this? Is there a better buffer set up for this round?
I love my 1911, trained with them in the 70's when uncle said hello and welcome along with my friends and neighbors. That said I carry both the Glock and 1911 depending on what I want at the time. .40 cal or .45 cal. I still like that familiar feel of the 1911 in my hand. Wish I had kept several...
I want a bolt action .308 just because. I plan on acquiring a 1903A3 when the CMP has some but I want some thing else. I have looked at the Remington 700's but hear there are some inherent problems with accidental discharges. Like to keep the price in the $500 range, dependable, accurate. I know...
Which MOA is good 1-2-3-4? And what is the MOA about? I assume they are talking about sight adjustment to bring the bullet impact and scope into alignment.
I was actually looking at EOTech and Aimpoint but you do see others out there with different MOA's. And yes I want the sight to be for precise shots at 100 yards but for use in close combat also, work with an ERT for the local Sheriff's department. And I have read the manuals that talk about...
I was looking at multiple optics and found that all express themselves with a 1-5 MOA. I understand that is minute of angle but I am an Iron sight kind of guy. What is good and what is it all about? Much help needed. Thanks
Have the Ruger MK1 and MKII and they are just as bad, great shooters just terrible to clean and reassemble. They are both in pieces and ready for shipment to Ruger for reassembly. Maybe this is a Ruger conspiracy to get us all to pay for weapon assembly. Keeps them in business.
Just got my YHM suppressor. A big +1 to ACME sporting goods in Seymour. Good price and great service. They told me 90 days and it actually took less. Bought a .308 for my AR's.
