Recommendation for Uberti SAA gunsmith - Northern Indy suburbs

He refinished a gun of mine for free when I was Asst. Mgr. at Point Blank. I only got to send one customer his way before I bailed on that place. I'll have to contact him.

Recommendation for Uberti SAA gunsmith - Northern Indy suburbs

Always turns pointed down. Never turns pointed up. Must have lost the spring when I removed the broken bolt. Thanks.

Recommendation for Uberti SAA gunsmith - Northern Indy suburbs

I've got a Taylor's & Co. Uberti Cattleman that had a bolt break. After nine months, Taylor's sent me the bolt as I requested. I disassembled it nine months ago and apparently I'm an idiot because I reassembled it and now it isn't working right. The cylinder doesn't turn every time I pull the...

WTS: Strike Industries Mass Driver for Glock 19 Gen 3

I bought a Mass Driver because I thought it might work on my PSA PS9 Dagger. I don't think it will. The muzzle area of the PS9 doesn't line up well with the inset portion of the Mass Driver and I don't want to beat the hell out of my new PS9 as the slide cycles. Should work perfectly on a...

Crew member killed when shot by prop gun on set of Baldwin movie

I'll comment. Diversity hire to comply with new Hollywood rules. Results in death. Way to go Hollywood.

Why don't red states create actual bonafide well regulated State Militias?

I'm serious, with legislation that creates and sets up an official well regulated militia. With the stated purpose to fend off Federal tyranny if ever needed. No requirements to do anything, you're just part of it automatically if you have an Indiana LTCH or you can register for it as...

      Pawn Shop PT111 G2...score!!!

I'm just curious, what does "score" mean to you? What did you pay? I've got two of them, since I got them for sub $200. They make perfect truck guns. FWIW, I've never had an issue accidentally dropping the mags.

Colt Bisley or its Cimarron Copy? Anyone?

Marksman in Westfield had a Bisley something or other last time I was there. I really liked it as it was different, but ended up getting an 1873 with the 1860 grip. Liked it better.

      Sccy or hi-point

I have a brand new in package holster made for the SR9c. Made by a company called Comfort Holsters. They sent me two by mistake. Tried to return one but they had been bought out and didn't want the old company branded one back...

      Sccy or hi-point

Sorry, but I can't take anyone seriously that says they like the trigger on a SCCY. It is absolutely the worst trigger on any gun that size anywhere. Crap. For $200 you can get a Taurus PT111 G2 and its trigger is tons better than the SCCY.

You're gonna love this. Heads up about new rules at Point Blank

You're gonna love this. Heads up about new rules at Point Blank

Every light has been shot out multiple times. Most don't even have the covers any more. The cables that work the target trolleys get shot out and then that lane is down and it costs a lot. The hardware at the end of the range took an awful beating. The walls are slowly being eaten...

      Noblesville shooting

My wife was parroting the standard line about the parents being responsible with their guns and sharing the blame. Our boys (West Middle Schoolers BTW) were sitting right there. I said "Do you really think your sons couldn't get in the safes if they wanted to?" She looked at them. They...

Active shooter situation at Noblesville West Middle School

First of all, he would be a Boy Scout. Second, most Boy Scouts are bespectacled and dweeby nerds. Third, those bespectacled and dweeby nerds become Eagle Scouts and eventually business leaders of tomorrow. The jocks, not so much.

Active shooter situation at Noblesville West Middle School

In name only. My boys cleaned out their lockers on Tuesday. Turned in their Ipads. All finals were cancelled. I asked one teacher "what if he needed the final grade to get him to an 'A'?". She responded "He'll be okay." Basically, they're all doing nothing but showing up and their...
