      DIY tumbler timer

      Never gave it much thought about timing them. I put the tumbler in the basement or garage. I walk past it multiple times on a weekend. Little risk of setting and forgetting. Awesome idea though.

      Atterbury at Edinburgh about 15 minutes north of columbus. Nice facility $6 or $7 an hour. Atterburyshootingcomplex.com. Remember to stay of the bench during cease fire. Always somebody is getting call out on the PA system for it.

      Thoughts on the lee classic turret press?

      I refill the primer tray shortly after there are no more behind the clear plastic. Had the small spring break also. I have a rubber band affixed on it know. Works pretty good. Classic turret works well. Don't hesitate to buy.

      bullet puller

      If you are pulling many get something other than a hammer unless you want to kill a lot of time. Works well just anything other than quick.

      I usually start at 10% under Lee minimum powder load and go up from there. Lee dies gave me fits on bullet seating. Bought an undersized sizing die to deal with thinner case walls of certain manufacturers brass. Helped a ton.

      I have used them in the past for 9mm and had no issues with them. I switched to Berry's since I found them just a touch cheaper at Powder Valley.

      I have a 4.5 XDM 9. Put a PRP drop in trigger kit to reduce pull and over travel. Also adhesive rubber grip from PRP. Absolutely great pistol. Also small grip insert.

      XDS - light primer strike issue endemic? or just bad reloads?

      Reloads with the ogive jamming into the barrels can cause pressure spikes and is potentially a disastrous issue. Always check reloads in your barrel before you shoot them. Also, know what pressure signs to look for when shooting reloads. At the very least.

      The issue isn't about scientific studies and logical conclusions in the liberal mind. It is all about emotion, fear and control. After all the elected leaders are the cream of the crop this nation has to offer (at least in their mind) they need to protect us from out own incompetent selves.
