      St. Joseph list of Deputies

      I've seen lists with name, rank, and photo for other County Sheriff Departments but I can't seem to find one for St. Joseph County. If anyone can find it or has it please post the link.

      Some minor questions.

      I'm still kinda new on here but I've been working on becoming more involved. So my questions, what are the emblems like the green bars for me or gold/silver/bronze stars for others? And I know it's my newbie status but the plinker title, is there a list that someone can link to me of the titles...

      Lifetime Permit going away rumors. True or False?

      I have been hearing a lot of chatter that IN is doing away with giving out Lifetime Permits. It doesn't sound true to me but you never know with the Government. So does anyone have some light to shed on this for me? It would be greatly appreciated.
