      Looking for thoughts on AR style .22

      Wife fired a S&W 15-22 at the range a couple weeks ago and now says she would love to have one. Found a Mossberg AR style .22 for less then half the cost. Should I just run out now and get the Mossberg, or hold out til I can shell out for the S&W.? BTW, she has no idea what she was firing...
