Thanks for the correction. I usually come to a complete stop at stop signs and yield to the driver who doesn't stop but simply slows down to see if I will stop. I rarely have to decide who really has the right of way.

Don't go to a police station either. Find a police car in a parking lot that has an officer in it or go to a fire station. In either case, blow the horn repeatedly until you get a response.
