I have a Saiga in 762x39. It has not been modified to the extent of moving the trigger guard forward, like it is on a real AK, but has a Tapco Intrafuse pistolgrip collapsable stock on it and handles and looks like an AK. It also has a bullet guide on it and has been modded to accept all...
Back in the day I have cut down 2 12s and 2 20s, with the rib you want to cut it back to the last support and you can even remount your front bead sight post there . Then I have started cuts with a really sharp tubing cutter ( tape on the area under the rollers) which gives a good staight start...
I have a Full A2 Butt stock on my Bushy with a 16" heavy barrel and a 4x10x40 bushnell w/bipod, a Magpul MOE Collapsable on my S&W lower/Delton upper w/XPS2-0 , a basic collapsable on the AR build in progress and a Tapco collapsable on my Saiga/AK. I like being able to adjust the stock for...
They are the original " Black Gun"....They represent a piece of history as our military still uses them. They shoot great, feel good in your hands and they can provide awesome firepower if need be and can also go hunting in the woods. There are probably more after market custom parts available...
I had an FN Belgian made Hi power made in the early nineties and it was a fantastic shooter....had Houge Finger Groove Grips on it and it felt great....I loved it! It was another gun I sold around 95 that I should have kept!! I used it in a couple of IPSC practice matches and found out that I...
Well you obviously can't look at and hold a gunbroker gun before you buy it like you can a at gun shop.....and I love my Kimber 1911, but the Solo is the new kid and sometimes there are a few bugs....but I am sure they will get it right...I am also very interested in the Solo. On the other hand...
I had a Glock 22 for 10 years and it was a totally reliable and good shooting handgun.....great deal on them at that price too....PD guns usually aren't shoot all that much.
I love my 1911...I carried a Glock 22 for 10 yrs ( in Florida) traded it on a S&W M&P 40 and now I also have a full size SR9....I usually carry either the 1911 or the SR9 ( in KY) and the M&P is in the nightstand. I like the way they all feel in my hand, better than my Glock did.
Nothing is wrong with a 1911....it is the most enjoyable pistol I have ever shot. Had many of them over the years, but my Kimber Tactical Custom II is the nicest and best shooting one I ever had, well equal only to my Colt Series 70 Gold Cup I sold back in the early 90s...DumB!! I have put about...
