Anyone familiar with and/or machine Acetal?
meyer plastics will have the bar stock it cuts like butter- low footage <100 nice stiff feed to prevent melting .005-.020/tooth. it doesnt suffer breakout issues like PVC- cncswiss1

the wilson lancers are sweet, the modifications are bending the feed lips a tad to allow the rounds to "present" in a more "bullet up" orientation. which is how one fixes steel mags that Jam- a little wiggle on the lips with some needle nose pliers works magic. the pic below shows how my lancer...- cncswiss1

there was a batch of out of spec 400 grain cor-bon ammo some time ago some of the early rock river chambers were a bit tight and needed re reamed or "flitzed" the air blow method is to remove the barrel and plug the breech with a rag and blow int he barrel and feel the amount of air coming out...- cncswiss1

not ejecting very well is normally gas settings- the extractor spring is putting more bite on the case and making it harder to chamber,I'd remove it I would swap out the spring for a stronger one if you have a few laying around. and if you have parts laying around i would weigh your buffers...- cncswiss1

Imperfect bolt gun threading candidate
Most reputable gunsmiths have a good pin set and a 4 jaw chuck on their lathe- the 4 jaw allows the barrel to be dialed in using an indicator on a best fit gage pin slid in the bore- -
