      I once shot 5 rounds of trap with an old Stevens single shot. I was black and blue for weeks.

      Range report

      A few weeks ago I bought my first Glock. I am happy to say that the Glock performed flawlessly. I have an XDM 40 and I think for me it out shoots the Glock 22. I am probably going to have Charley at USDS do some trigger work on the 22. Still a great shooting gun!!!!

      Ruger LC9 or Springfield XDs 9mm?

      I really like my LC9. The trigger pull does take some getting used to. The pull is light and clean it's just really long. The main reason I like my LC9 is that I usually pocket carry during the summer months. The safety on the slide is a big plus.

      I have never held the M&P, but I knew the model of Glock was no longer available. Years from now someone might ask if I have seen a Glock with gills, and I can say I have one.

      I bought my first Glock, it's a 22 RTF with gills. After a trip to the range we will see if it becomes a family member, or gets put up for adoption.
