      I was describing the Sig Sauer 1911 compact I just picked one up last Sunday and got one of there 1911-22 in olive drab for $99 :D but colt cco works just as well lol Sig is really weird they call there commander models "carry" and there officer frame with commander slide "compact"

      Buy a simple core 15 m4 moe. Core 15 imo makes a great rifle I know you can pick up there standard platform rifle for 800-900 sometimes there moe edition on sale for around the same price

      I love my mvp patrol .308 one off my favorite bolt rifles I have handled I would even go as far as saying it's better than my ten 700 but only because of greater mag capacity :)

      It's a tie between 1911 commander size and then the hybrid 1911 that is a commander size slide and barrel with a officer size frame makes for a perfect EDC

      I love my 1911s but as far as .40s my glock 23 is amazing for a everyday cart knock around gun and is damn accurate too

      How far do you extend your pistol skill?

      Our local range only has 10 15 and 25 yard targets so the minimum I'm shooting is 10 yards but it's always fun to shoot the .22s at the 25 yard targets

      I was the same way I despised glock and I had no real reason just did lol and then I picked . Up a gen 3 g23 off of a buddy for dirt cheap and I fell in love I've never been more accurate with any other pistol than I am with the glock

      XDS thoughts

      I was interested in the xd s as well. I was at the gun shop the other day and was handling one and usually I have problems getting a smaller grip to feel comfortable in my big hand but this to my surprise actually felt very comfortable
