      CZ 75B FTF issue

It was suggested that I would get a lot more views posting this in this section! I’ve put a few hundred rounds through this gun without any issues until this last trip to the range. I don’t have the ammo brand in front of me but maybe its not relevant. I can add it if needed. I put 80 or so...

      22 ammo grain difference

My search skills may just not be up to snuff, this has probably been discussed but... Is there a real difference in using 22 ammo with 36 grains versus 40 for instance? I understand the difference in 5.56 ammo with regards to twist rate and all but does it really matter in my 10/22 out back...

      Ticks are out!

My boy had two on him from being out yesterday. Seems early but I've seen quite a few mosquitos as well. I guess I'll take it with the nice weather.

      Precision Cartridges feedback

I used a groupon deal at my local range (which included 50 rounds of Precision ammo). I had 5 FTF's out of 50 rounds which I found to be quite ridiculous. Ran probably 250 rounds of my normal crap mix of 9mm target ammo I brought which included steel Tula, WWB, etc, nothing fancy. I've never...

      Lee or RCBS powder measure

Is the Lee Precision Perfect powder measure at $25. accurate enough for pistol loads or should I spring for the RCBS Uniflow at ~$80? I'm fine paying the $80 if there is added value. Opinions and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

      Fall mushroom identification

I found this growing in several spots in a yard near the road in August/September timeframe. I've seen it there 3 years in a row and although it looks a lot like Hen of the Woods, the underside is gilled, not polypore. Anyone have an idea what this is?

      Feedback

Some unsolicited feedback.... good call on the contest for the 1911, it got me to check out your website and I'll assume that's the goal. great website! I evaluate a lot of websites and for smaller companies they tend to be very clunky and poorly designed. Yours was a pleasant surprise. If...

Burris Fastfire III - mount question

So I want to get this for my Ruger 22/45 lite. Will I just need to buy a weaver or picatinny style rail (depending on which mount type the scope has) to mount on the gun then mount the scope on correct? I've never put a scope on a pistol before and all my rifles have had the mount built in.

      Ruger 22/45 lite

I've been looking at what to buy next and I like the looks and reviews I've seen for the 22/45 lite. The newer model that shows being released in Feb 2014 looks great. Anyone else jumping on one of these? I'm really looking for something I can upgrade with a suppressor so this will probably...

      Reusing brass

Is there a standard to be followed for how many times brass can be reused? Is there a difference for pistol vs rifle?

Off the wall question - I65

Traveling back and forth on I65 between Indy and Lafayette for several years I've noticed in the older fencing along both sides there are blue plastic strips occasionally, usually in the shape of a cross or a T. The strips look to be about 2-3 feet long. They are not placed at any particular...
