ZX was not there, it was not a big show at all. The problem for gun shows at this point is that they can not compete with gunbroker, grabagun, cdnn etc.. The prices are always much higher than you can get with one of those. Yes I am taking into account shipping and ffl transfer costs.
I like the way my shield shoots, its just small enough to be easy to carry yet not so small that its uncomfortable to shoot. I have an XDS that I think is too small, my LC9s is pretty good but the shield just hits that sweet spot for me.
I never understood why they sold it without a forward assist and dust cover. I have the Ruger AR556 and the FN15 MOE but this is calling to me as well!
I have to agree with the poster on the single stack being much more concealable.
I have a few carry guns and my favorite for summer is the Springfield XDS, it shoots well and is incredibly concealable. My favorite winter carry gun is an FNS9C its considerably more accurate at distance but its...
I have a 709 and its been excellent but it does bother me that I cant find magazines and now spare parts should something go wrong with it.
Is it selling so well they just cant make enough parts? They brag about being a manufacturer, seems like they could supply parts for their guns.
Its a good start, my sons first gun was a 10/22, then a savage bolt action .22 then a Remington pump 20 then a Mossberg 930 to try out trap shooting, then a Remington over under and now a FN SC1 over under.
If you have a trap and skeet range nearby let your kid give it a try, we started with...
Any chance you guys that have said they are getting rid of the lifetime carry license could elaborate?
I assume I would be grandfathered in, Are they just going back to the every four years? Are they going to constitutional carry?
I have the slim line 709 and love it, I also have a xds but purchased the 709 after reading a single stack 9 comparo in a gun magazine and the 709 did very well. I thought I would give it a shot it was SOOOO inexpensive that I just could not pass it up and now I end up carrying it over the xds...
Yes we have been slinging lead :biggun:(not this weekend it was a little cold) Not only do I have the firearms rights back but I even got my lifetime LTC!
The first gun I purchased took about 7 days to get the clear (I am guessing the records are not completely up to date, the last one I picked...
I thought I would update this, I called a couple of lawyers and they all said it would be expensive and take forever. Then I tried Googling a Drivers License attorney in Fort Wayne and found this guy Fort Wayne, Indiana Criminal Defense Attorney and DUI Lawyer - IN OWI Law A much much much...
I realize this is a very old thread but its right in line with a question I have.
I have never had a DUI OUI or anything like that but a Felony Driving While Suspended (after lots of misdemeanor driving while suspended's yes I know stupid kid at the time) this was well over 10 years ago...
