      Bought my first sig today

      Shootersix is right, I started with the 220 then the 239 in 9. Was looking at a high capacity polymer frame for the next purchase. Glock 19 right? But for the same price I can get the p320. Better grip angle and the better trigger. Does that make me a Sig snob? Congrats on the 226!

      By veteran I assume you mean ex-military. If you are ex-military that makes you a citizen. Every citizen should already have that right. If you mean currently serving, then yes it should be mandatory at most times while on duty and in uniform. Out of uniform they are still government property...

      I would say a threaded barrel would still be an option, it looks like the slide is the same (cant say for sure). I questioned the mags too.

      Thanks drgnrobo The grip on the left side was from the 2nd attempt. I have a set of Nils on my 239 now that I like better, they aren't as slick as set I made. If I had a way to stipple them that would look good in the end they would have been much better. I had fun doing it so it was full of win.
