My 1st attempt at getting my new savage dialed in.
the 1st 5 shot "group" with 145gr FMJ WWB.
The 2nd group is Speer 168gr HPBT projectiles pushed with 44.7grs of Varget seated at 2.8" using the brass and primers left over from pulled mil-surp rounds.

I just got a Savage 10 FCP H&S Precision and put a Nikon M-308 on it. Got it mounted with the supplied Nikon mount and it seems high. Got it zeroed today and everything seems fine. Anyone else running the Nikon M-308 with factory mount on a bolt action? Thoughts?
