I just got done watching another another video which was from WI about an OC picnic. I think I saw 6 people who had no active retention on their OC holsters.
I have weapons retention training. I have handgun training. I have experience with force on force grappling. Why in the world would...
I picked up a sony digital voice recorder today. I am planning on having it with me when I OC in IN and WI.
Do you have to secretly press record or can you just pull it out and start recording? Do officers have a problem with this? I'm pretty sure it should be legal.
How do you do it?
Friend was OC'ing in WI and was told to leave (which he did immediately). They told him it was a store policy of no guns. He is going to write a letter to corporate and find out if their manager on site was mistaken or if this is the company's viewpoint.
Does anyone know here? He drove to the...
I had to go to a lens crafters and we found a Simon mall close by. We're now wondering if they are anti-gun or not. We just found an article where another Simon mall on drudge kicked out a conservative keisk, but that Simon malls does OK Obama stores. (We knew this from being in S FL as they had...
I think I asked this question once before and I can't find the thread. I live in LaPorte and would like to see if I could get a county job as a 911 operator.
Where do I apply for this job? Can I apply for it even if they are not currently hiring?
How high do you prefer to carry while open carrying? Do you like it higher how most concealment holsters are (IWB/OWB) or do you like it lower like a duty holster? Please give a reason as to why you prefer a certain height.
In WI you can check online with just a name to find out what crimes someone has committed. Does MI or IN have this? There is someone I'd like to look up :):
I heard if they didn't pass their budget or something everything besides prisons and state officers are shut down.
Anyone know if they passed what they need to pass yet to avoid this from happening?
I know you're not supposed to, but do they have metal detectors etc that they would know if their employees were carrying a firearm or not?
I'm considering getting a job there working 2nd shift.
If I can or can't carry there is it an OK place to work?
I was told by someone that they have a national policy that is no OC. Is this correct?
On a related note. Who makes the best and hottest hot wings in NW IN? :rockwoot:
I wrote this awhile ago. I thought maybe some people here would enjoy it.
I know most of us here are capable of self defense. We are willing and able to accomplish this task. This post is for us and everyone else.
The firearm is the modern weapon of the times. It is used for both offensive...
The place I'm at has a note up saying sometime during the month they will be doing apparently a random inspection no matter if we are home or not. Is this legal?
I've never been at a place that did something like this. They would give us our 24/48 hours notice and tell us when they were coming...
They are suspecting the ex tenants of our apt of vandalizing our building and our apt. They are ex felons who are apparently violent. They have written F U all over the walls, ripped the carpets, broken windows, cut the cords and hoses to our washer and dryer, thrown balloons full of water into...
I went into the local gun shop. They had a flyer for Kingsbury shooting range. In there rules it says no rapid fire.
I like to shoot to train. I sometimes practice double taps, tripple taps, or a controlled magazine dump.
Is there something better in the area? The only good thing it sounds...
Why do people here want Utah permits instead of FL permits? Are they easier, cheaper, or have more repricity then a FL permit?
I have a friend in WI who wants an out of state permit to carry while in IN. Which would be better for him? I had informed him about FL being readily available for him...
