      I can understand why a buyer would not want me to have a copy of their DL and LTCH. However, what about down the road, when hypothetically someone has used one of the guns in a crime? How do I prove to Uncle Sam or his local authorities that I no longer own the gun(s)?

      Thank you very much for allowing me to join this forum. I am hoping to learn more about how to sell a couple of my guns to raise some Christmas present money. I have never done this before and am a little worried about how the government apparently will still have the serial numbers registered...
