      Sorry I think it is just 3 months from the decree, which was quite late in November. Anyway I didn't even get a delay, and of course I had primed the guy at the shop that a denial may be likely and why. He said he got a Proceed and I said well I guess that restores my faith in the bureaucracy...

      Well I did receive my LTCH and it ended up being a couple months from the paperwork being sent down to Indy. I have yet to attempt to buy any gun yet. I may give that a shot next week.

      I got my expungement in mid November 2016 and two weeks later applied for LTCH with my local sheriff. My record was not yet clear and I had to send my expungement order in with the application.
