Quality bulk .22LR, any really good deals to be had?

Sad that we’ve even got to worry about 22LR. But knowing how things got after the sycophant shot up the elementary school years back. I’ve found myself buying it when ever the chance arises. Cabela’s had federal 36gn in 1625 rounds in 30 cal ammo can on sale the other day for 79.99 so I felt...

      Reloading 556

I’ve never used Cfe223 but I’ve made a heck of a lot noise with 24 grains of H335, a number 41 cci primer and a 55 gr fmjbt compliments of ppu. And the old rock river eats them every time. I’m not trying to build match grade ammo for the AR but that combination works great for me.

So.. what are you reloading at the moment??

Getting ready to make a run at 30 carbine for the first time. Nothing special 110 grain fmj with some H110 behind it. Should be fun with a little help from my boys.

I think it’s taking care of. I finally got a reply just letting me know I’m now looking at 10 to 14 business days. I’m sure everything will be fine I’m just doing a budget build AR with the boy. It’s not like we don’t have plenty of things to shoot while we wait. Thanks guys.

Anyone have any experience with this place? I read a bunch of different reviews before I placed an order with someone new. All the reviews I read claimed to have had no problems and items were shipped fast.Well just typical with my luck I ordered in stock items, payment was taken out the day...

      Powder reviews and recommendations

I've loaded a lot of 40 with 800-X with great results.H335 for my 5.56 and H380 for my 22/250. I also use IMR4895 for 30/06 in my M1 Garand. I have recently picked up a pound of tite group and some 165gr XTP Hornady's for my 40 but haven't had time to work up any test loads yet.

Moisture in my dry tumbler, Why?

I use Tuf Nut all the time but more as as a rougher to clean range brass. But I've never add anything to it.It could be that it's cool in your garage "just assuming " and after 11 hours of running has generated enough heat to cause the condensation on the lid due to the temperature difference...

Columbus gun show Feb. 11 and 12?

I drove passed and it looked like there were 100 cars in the parking lot and given the size of the place there couldn't have been much room to move. But I may have to run out early tomorrow morning and check out the reloading supplies.Thanks.

      Reloader in Columbus

I got into reloading years back just to help with obsolete rounds like 7.35 carcano and 7.7 jap both seem to be over priced when you can find loaded ammunition. But it really helped with my 30/06 and 22/250. I think I had about a grand invested before I made my first live round though. Every...

      7.62x54R

I just find myself buying ammo and putting it back now for my boys not so much for myself.I hope this helps them in the future with the uncertainty of things. I just remember buying my first m44 and 440 round spam can for 120 bucks. Long gone are those days.

      7.62x54R

In this day and age when did a span can of 7.62 get to be over 200 dollars? It's not like the Russian's have only made eleventy billion rounds of this stuff over the last 100 years.
