      Absolutely I'm glad it went through. I'm a permit holder but have always felt like the whole permit thing was created to generate money.

      Some people set their sights up that way on pistols you'll shoot a little high from the square but you're not covering your target with the sights.

      I always carry one in the chamber but I like a gun that has a back strap safety or a manual safety just makes me fill safer.

      I think you're mistaken it for the constitutional carry that doesn't require a license in Indiana to carry. I have had a permit since I was 18 and I'm 55 now. You just can't purchase a handgun or ammo until you're 21.
